Swim at your own risk — there's no lifeguard, so please keep a close eye on kids and non-swimmers.

🔥 BBQ island & backyard
The gas BBQ island is ready to go — you'll likely need to turn the propane valve on under the grill first for it to light. Please turn it back off when you're done. The putting green, horseshoes, and string-lit patio are all yours. Fire up the grill and stay for the sunset.
🧺 Laundry & kitchen
In-unit washer & dryer (detergent under the sink or in the laundry area). The kitchen has cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker — everything you need to cook in. Please run the dishwasher before you head out.

- No smoking anywhere inside.
- No parties or events, please — we love our neighbors.
- Quiet hours —: keep the backyard mellow so sound doesn't carry.

London Bridge & English Village
The famous bridge, waterfront shops and eats along the Bridgewater Channel.
Get on the water
Boat/paddleboard the channel, head north to Topock Gorge & The Sandbar, or south to Copper Canyon & the turquoise coves.
Windsor Beach
Lake Havasu State Park — swimming, shade ramadas, and easy lake access for a low-key beach day.
Never leave the yard
Pool, putting green, BBQ, horseshoes, and sunset on the patio. Some of our best guest days never make it past the backyard.
